Transforming Mental Health in Corporate India: A Roadmap for Action

The Live Love Laugh Foundation Unveils Strategic Report on Transforming Mental Health in Corporate India

Nearly 59% of Indian employees report symptoms of burnout, while half cite workplace stress as the biggest factor affecting their mental health (McKinsey Health Institute, 2023; Deloitte India, 2022). Poor employee well-being could cost India USD 350 billion annually (~8% of its GDP), according to a McKinsey Health Institute estimate.

Responding to this growing workplace crisis, The Live Love Laugh (LLL) Foundation has launched its strategic report ‘Transforming Mental Health in Corporate India: A Roadmap for Action,’ positioning mental health as a core business priority, moving beyond one-off initiatives, and providing a practical roadmap for organizations to act.
